An Open Letter

To the human heart reading this,

I believe:

  • that you can break patterns;
  • that better systems can be built;
  • that leaders can become healthier;
  • that organizations can improve;
  • that people can grow;
  • that you can heal

And above all, I believe that Love wants you here.

Not because of what you produce, how much you carry, the people you help, or what you achieve. You do not have to justify your existence. You are here because you are loved—and your life is yours to experience.

I’ve dedicated my life to being a pattern breaker not because breaking patterns is inherently virtuous; but because breaking patterns allows people to experience love, truth, freedom, wholeness, relationship, and the fullness of being alive.

My life’s work has revolved around building better systems; not because human beings need to become more efficient or productive. Better systems protect life, preserve dignity, support right relationship, and give people room to become fully themselves.

I want you to grow – not because you are inadequate as you are – but because life is a gift and growth is something you get to experience, not something you must accomplish to justify your existence.

I challenge leaders to become healthier, not merely so their organizations perform better. I challenge them to become healthier because leaders affect human lives. Their internal patterns become other people’s environments.

I improve organizations not because healthier organizations are more scalable or profitable. I improve them because people spend irreplaceable portions of their finite lives inside them.

I do not want you to heal so you can become useful. I want you to heal because you are loved, your life matters, and you deserve the freedom to experience as much life as you can while you are here.

And I do not want you to confront your past so you can punish yourself for what you did not know. I want you to turn your past into wisdom—to learn, repair, become, and live differently with whatever time remains.

The clock matters, but it is not a threat.

It is an invitation.

You are here.

You are loved.

Your life is yours to experience.

You do not have to earn your right to exist.

And while you are here, you get to live, love, lead, grow, heal, learn, build, repair, and become.

Love wants you here.

Keep becoming,

Rachel
